Raspberry Brie Grilled Cheese
1/4 Wheel of Brie Cheese
3 Tbsp Raspberry Jam
4 Slices of Bread (I used rye, but any bread will do)
1 Tbsp Butter
1. Slice Brie into thin"ish" slices. Spread slices across 2 of the 4 pieces of bread.
2. Spread raspberry jam on the other 2 slices of bread and stack the bread with the jam & brie sandwiched in the middle.
3. Spread 1/2 tbsp of butter on the outside of both sandwiches.
4. Heat the sandwiches in a pan over medium-low heat. Cook for about 10 minutes (or until bread turns golden and cheese begins to melt). Flip and cook until second side becomes golden as well, about 5 more minutes.
